  • Providing technical support to all the service engineers.

  • Travel anywhere with technical engineers.
  • support the branch in technical and service issues.
  • Interaction with overseas suppliers.
  • Study the requirements of the key customers.
  • prepare action plan to provide service in in good manner.
  • sales promotional visit to key customer.
  • Achievements of kpi.
  • AR follow up the customer.
  • Review of TAT.
  • Submit monthly reports.
